Ich vertrage die Tabletten leider nicht
Ich habe mich für das Komplettpaket entscheiden. Die Spray hilft tatsächlich beim Einschlafen, ich brauche jedoch zwei Sprühstöße statt die empfohlene eine.
Leider bekomme ich nach Einnahme die Tabletten aber (egal welche von der zwei) regelmäßig Übelkeit. Ich habe diese deshalb nach eine Woche abgesetzt. Schade, ich habe gehofft dass diese bei der Alltagsstress etwas helfen würden.
