Breakfast

"Homemade Crunchy Granola/Granola."

Quick, easy, wholesome and definitely not a sugar trap.
Combine your crunchy granola however you like. Whether with quark, yoghurt (also possible vegan) or fresh, cold milk (also possible vegan ). Add seasonal fruit and you can start the day happily.

Lunch

"Zucchini noodles with a creamy, spicy red pepper sauce."

Feel free to mix whole grain spagetti with the zucchini noodles in this one, long chain carbs have a lasting effect and give you power.

This dish is a great trick to incorporate more vegetables into your daily routine . Plus, it's perfect for prepping. Make zucchini spaghetti at home and put it in a box, finish cooking the sauce as well, then just heat it up for lunch.

Satisfying toppings are roasted, crispy chickpeas or my vegetarian meatballs (see photo).

Snack / Dessert / Nourishment

"Nut Chocolate Bites"

Snack and feast with no regrets and no refined sugar.
These bites taste like a little sin, but they're not. If you use gluten-free oatmeal, this recipe is vegan & gluten-free.
